Tutorial skips a step, easy to miss the parry

Frame drops in the opening area, otherwise stable

Played through the first act on PC. Frame time is even most of the way, but the opening area drops to the low 40s whenever the camera pans across the water. Reproduced it four times from a cold start,… Played through the first act on PC. Everything after that held 60 without trouble.
